The aim of the course is to provide the participants with all the necessary skills and knowledge about the basic principles of quality management system, in order to be able to improve the QM system, support the operative and qualitative management, perform the relevant duties, monitoring, and process fulfilment.
Prerequisite skills and knowledge
It is preferable that the participant has the prerequisite knowledge about the standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and the knowledge about the processes in the company.
