IQTC Management is inviting a qualified and experienced GWO Instructors (any GWO module) to join our freelancer training team. The GWO Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in compliance with GWO standards and regulations. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and practical experience in the wind industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions in the training center, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
  • Ensure compliance with GWO standards and regulations during all training activities.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to develop participants’ knowledge and skills.
  • Assess trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback for their improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of trainees’ progress and training outcomes.
  • Continuously update training materials to reflect industry best practices and GWO standards.
  • Collaborate with the training team to enhance the effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the global wind industry and incorporate them into the training curriculum.

The candidate should have:

  • Valid GWO certification for the specific modules being taught or IRATA L2 or L3 certificate
  • Minimum 2-3 years of real work experience on wind turbines or at least 1 year of experience as a trainer in the wind industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Teaching certification is preferred.
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to safety.
  • Knowledge of English, Russian (Latvian or any other language will be advantage)

Salary:

The salary for the GWO Instructor position will be determined based on the candidate’s previous work experience, level of qualification, and performance evaluation.

IQTC Management is inviting experienced IRATA instructors to join our team of freelance trainers. The IRATA instructor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and safe training programmes in accordance with IRATA requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an IRATA Level 3 technician and possess excellent teaching abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct IRATA training sessions in the training center, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
  • Ensure compliance with IRATA requirements and regulations during all training activities.
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to facilitate the development of participants’ rope access expertise.
  • Assess trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback for their improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of trainees’ progress and training outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the training team to enhance the overall effectiveness of the training programmes.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and incorporate them into the training curriculum.

The candidate should have:

  • Valid IRATA L3 certification.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of practical work experience as a L3 rope access technician.
  • One year of training experience, preferably in rope access, is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of IRATA standards and requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Certification in teaching is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of English, Russian (Latvian or any other language will be advantage)
