Quality management specialist (TÜV)

Target audience:

The course is designed for leading employees of management and quality provision in enterprises.

The aim of the course:

The aim of the course is to provide the participants with all the necessary skills and knowledge about the basic principles of quality management system, in order to be able to improve the QM system, support the operative and qualitative management, perform the relevant duties, monitoring, and process fulfilment.

• Process basic principles
• Introduction to the quality management system documentation
• Quality control and documentation

Prerequisite skills and knowledge

It is preferable that the participant has the prerequisite knowledge about the standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and the knowledge about the processes in the company.
