Quality management

HSEQ on WTG

Quality management is one of the concepts, in which the term “management” is used.  We use this word regularly, yet do we ever give a real thought about its true meaning?

What is hidden behind the word “management”? Usually, we use this term, when referring to all management tasks in such a system, where the division of duties is carried out while producing some product or services and ensuring their performance.  In the standard ISO 9000, the term “management” is defined as “all the activities that are used to coordinate, direct, and control organizations”.

What is the main idea behind the term “quality”? According to the standard DIN EN ISO 9000, the quality applies to objects and refers to the degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfils a set of requirements or, simply put, it is the compliance to the customer’s needs and expectations.

The development of quality management system, which corresponds to the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, its implementation and maintenance in the working order is impossible without the employees, who know the general principles of quality management, as well as the requirements of the international standard ISO.

In cooperation with TÜV Rheinland Akademie the training center IQTC offers the qualification enhancing courses for the specialists and managers operating in the field of quality management and personal data protection.
