IMG_8748We offer the most popular modular courses in the welding industry in Latvia and Europe. The courses focus on individual training to gain specific welding skills.

The material – technical provision of the Training Center includes classrooms, equipped with the stands, visual aids, sample tubes and plates for welded joints. The workshops are equipped with the latest welding equipment from the companies CLOOS and Kemper and with other professional tools.

We are the first and the only company in the Baltic countries, which uses an augmented-reality welding simulator from the leading company in this field – SOLDAMATIC in the teaching process. The use of a welding simulator makes the study process not only more interesting and interactive, but also allows the acquisition of the necessary skills in a shorter time.

We offer companies and organizations a variety of options for the training of welders and welding specialists, including outreach sessions at facilities in different regions.

Welding process training course involving welding simulator SOLDAMATIC (20 hours)

Target audience:

The course is designed for experienced welders and specialists of welding production, who wish to check their skills, to prepare for the certification or to acquire new welding methods.

The aim of the course:

To provide participants of a course with necessary knowledge and abilities in three main types of welding: MMA, MIG/MAG and TIG. Trainees will gain skills in work with ferrous and non-ferrous metals and different types of seams. During the training, special attention is paid to body ergonomics, when performing welding works.

Course content:

  • Brief introduction to a welding process
  • Study of a welding simulator SOLDAMATIC
  • Practical classes, using a welding simulator SOLDAMATIC
  • Analysis and error correction made during the welding process
  • The test
  • Analysis of the test results
  • Practical classes in the welding cabins

Target audience:

Modular system electric arc welding courses. Welder certification according to the EN ISO 9606-1:2013 standard

Target audience:

The courses are suitable for people without previous knowledge, who intend to acquire a welder profession and experienced welders to improve their professional skills and qualification.

The aim of the course:

The aim of the course is to provide the knowledge about the welding processes, based on the selected learning module. Each training module includes the following criteria: type of welding (MMA, MIG / MAG or TIG), welding materials (structural steel, stainless steel, etc.), seam types (weld, angle welds or butt jointed), welding position (stitches in the lower position, vertical position, overhead line, etc.), types of the welded details (sheet or pipe material).

Manual metal arc (MMA) welding

Target audience:

The course is designed for the people, who wish to acquire a qualification in a manual metal arc (MMA) welding process and to gain a second level professional qualification.

The aim of the course:

The aim of the course is to provide knowledge and necessary skills for the qualification “Manual metal arc (MMA) welder”. Course participants will gain skills in working with black and non-ferrous metals, make parts and metal compounds and independently carry out repairs that are associated with the welding process.
